The Program will consist of skills instruction mixed with game-like scrimmages and it is designed to introduce young players to the fundamentals of lacrosse. It’s an educational and competitive program that helps develop the foundation of a young lacrosse player. No experience is required!

The fall is a great time to try Lacrosse. If you have been thinking of picking up a new sport or even seeing if lacrosse is a great sport for your son, the fall program is more focused on skills and development and less competitive than our main spring season. We see many new kids come out and have so much fun playing in the fall that they stay with this sport and continue on in our other seasonal programs.

All players are required to have their own stick and will be practicing with full equipment (helmet, gloves, arm, and shoulder pads). We also require all players to have a mouth piece and protective cup for safety. Rental Equipment is available from the club; see the rental equipment section below for details.

Please note, all children should have their parent or a responsible adult in attendance during the entire practice.

Rental Equipment

A limited supply of Rental equipment is available from the Club for an additional fee of $25.00 on a first come basis for the fall season. This includes a helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, and gloves. The Rental Equipment handout date at our equipment shed (next to “The box”) located at 985 Ebner Dr., Webster, NY is:

We have a lot of dedicated and positive people in the Club. Get involved, it is a lot of fun. No Coaching or prior experience is necessary to coach or volunteer. It is a great experience to be part of the program and coach and teach these kids, not only the game of lacrosse, but to be athletes and role models.
