Dear Potential Webster Lacrosse Sponsor:

I would like to take the time to let you know about a low cost, high exposure form of advertising available to you in the Town of Webster.  Currently our Club is offering advertising at the “Box” located at the Parks and Recreation campus on Ebner Drive.  By purchasing a panel at the Box, you effectively get your own “Billboard” located in the middle of the Town, seen by hundreds of families.

Currently our Club has anywhere between 60 to 80 kids playing in the Spring, Summer  and Fall at each age level, from K-2 all the way up to high school.  In addition, the Town runs its own Recreational Program in the Box and the facility is currently used for roller hockey.  Each WLC program utilizes the Box throughout all three seasons so your business gets exposure year round to hundreds of families throughout the Town.

Advertising dollars collected in support of the Webster Lacrosse Club are going to fund potential upgrades at the Box.  That may include expanding its size, adding bleachers, a scoreboard, and maybe even turf and lights.  Funds collected also help us cover expenses for some families that may find it hard to afford participation due to unforeseen financial hardship such as job loss or family.  Lastly, they also go to fund our annual Gary Crandall Memorial scholarship program designed to assist our graduating alumni.

We are enclosing a brochure that tells you more about our Club and an informational sheet that tells you about the process of getting involved in our advertising program. 

Help us stay “Ferociously and Totally” committed to promoting the game of lacrosse in the Town of Webster.  Our mission is to return the Game, to what the Native Americans called the “Medicine Game”, back to its pure and uninfluenced communal origins.  With your continued help, we can make that happen.

There are three different sizes of ads that are available for placement on the dasher boards.

The prices listed below include a two-color design and assume good black and white copy of the artwork.  If additional colors are required there is an additional 15% to the one time sign charge.  For any artwork requiring changes or clean-up there will be an additional $55 to the one time sign charge.
